I 'm Anita
Many lifelong careers do not start at the age of 17, but luckily mine did! I began with simple hems, only to years later have the honor of tailoring a dress for Miss Pennsylvania. Following decades of working at wedding and formal dress venues, I made the transition into furs.

Working with Carl W. Herrmann Furs in Pittsburgh, I often designed reversible and lined fur coats. After 20 years of working with furs, I added an entirely new skill set to my portfolio.

Using that new skill set, along with all of my previous experience, I established Anita-Stitch in 2011. From designer wedding gowns to formal prom dresses, I am comfortable with any type of formal alteration.
